This bed is designed to fit any factory Cab & Chassis frame with a 84" Cab to Axle and 34" Frame width measurement with a standard cab.
Chevy 4500 and greater require a taller headache rack.

All lighting must be wired to meet all DOT requirements as originally intended by the vehicle manufacturers.
